A booking app for nail techs, inside Telegram
A nail tech's day is a row of long visits with little room between them, and most clients come back every few weeks. That makes two things expensive: a visit that overlaps the next one, and an evening spent answering "do you have anything on Friday?". A booking page takes both off your hands.
How to set it up
In VisitKit you describe your work once, and clients book themselves.
Services with their real length. For example:
- manicure with gel polish — 1 h 30 min;
- gel polish removal — 30 min;
- manicure without coating — 1 h.
A free time is offered only where the whole service fits, so a long visit cannot be booked into a short gap.
Leave yourself room between clients. There is no separate setting for a break. If you need ten minutes to clean the desk and the tools, add them to the length of each service.
Working hours by day of the week, and days off. You can close a whole day — a holiday, a course, a day out. A part of a day cannot be closed on its own yet.
Prices, if you want them shown. A service has a price and a currency; the client sees them when choosing.
Where to put the link
- in your Telegram profile and in the pinned message of your channel;
- in the bio of the social network where clients find you;
- as a QR code at your desk, for the client who wants the next visit before leaving.
What your client sees
The client opens the link in Telegram, picks a service, a day and a free time, and leaves a name and a phone number. No app to install and no account to create.

The bot confirms the booking and reminds the client a day and two hours before. If plans change, the client cancels the booking themselves, and the time is free for somebody else.
What it does not do
- It does not take payment: the client pays you directly, the way you agree.
- One page is one artist. A studio with several artists needs a page per artist; there is no shared schedule.
- It does not sync with Google Calendar or other calendars.
Up to 15 bookings a month are free; Pro removes the limit. Open VisitKit in Telegram and make your page.
