A psychologist's calendar has two strict requirements: a 50-minute session must leave a quiet 10-minute buffer before the next client arrives, and online clients living in other countries must see free slots in their own time zone without mental arithmetic. A booking page inside Telegram handles both while keeping client details private.
How to set up your practice page
In VisitKit you create one page for your practice and share the link with clients who are choosing a time for their first or next session.
50-minute sessions and intake calls. For example:
- individual therapy session — 50 min;
- couples session — 1 h 30 min;
- initial consultation — 30 min.
You can set a 10 or 15 minute buffer in your schedule settings so back-to-back bookings always leave room for notes and a break.
In-person office or online via Zoom and Telegram. In the address field you can write your office address and room number, or state that sessions take place online via Zoom or Telegram video call.
Automatic time zones. You set your own time zone once. A client abroad sees your open hours converted to their local clock across the next 30 days.
What your client sees
The client opens your link in Telegram or in any browser, chooses the session format, picks a free slot and enters their name. No app installation or registration is required.
The bot confirms the appointment and sends reminders a day and 2 hours before the session. For regular weekly therapy, you can enter a client for 4 or 8 weeks ahead or reschedule a confirmed session in 1 tap. The interface works in 20 languages.
Privacy and boundaries
- Only you see client details. Another client opening your link sees only which hours are free, never names or phone numbers.
- No payment processing. Clients pay you directly the way you agree.
- One page is one therapist. A group practice needs a separate page for each specialist.
- Google and Apple Calendar sync is included in Pro so your therapy schedule appears on your phone and laptop.
