Terminbuchung für Tätowierer in Telegram
A tattoo artist balances quick 30-minute design consultations with multi-hour tattoo sessions, often opening bookings only for specific dates of the month. A booking page in Telegram lets clients grab open consultation or session slots while preventing short gaps from being booked for a large piece.
How to set up your studio page
In VisitKit you define your session lengths and publish only the dates you want to open.
Consultations and sessions by length. For example:
- consultation and placement check — 30 min;
- small tattoo session — 1 h 30 min;
- full tattoo session — 3 h;
- touch-up — 1 h.
Because VisitKit offers a time only where the entire duration fits, a 3-hour session will never be squeezed into a 1-hour gap. You can also set a 30-minute buffer between bookings to sterilize your station and prepare stencils.
Open specific dates. If you open your books once a month or travel for guest spots, switch your schedule to date-by-date mode and open only the days you are tattooing, up to 30 days ahead.
What your client sees
The client opens your link from your Instagram bio or Telegram channel, picks the session type, sees open dates in their language across 20 supported locales, and books.

The bot confirms the booking and sends reminders a day and 2 hours before the session with your studio address. If you book a custom 4-hour session during a chat, you can enter the client manually and send them a personal claim link so they still get Telegram reminders.
Good to know
- Works for Instagram and WhatsApp clients too. Share your browser booking link in your bio for clients who do not use Telegram.
- Deposits and payment stay with you. You collect deposits and session fees directly.
- One page per artist. In a shared studio, each resident or guest artist has their own link.
- Google and Apple Calendar sync in Pro keeps all your sessions on your phone calendar.
Up to 15 bookings a month are free; Pro removes the limit. Open VisitKit in Telegram and set up your booking page.
