Terms of Service
Service: VisitKit — online booking inside Telegram (bot and Mini App) and on its booking pages in a browser
Version: 2026-11-04 · This English text is the governing version; translations are provided for convenience.
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by Sergei Ianchuk, a private individual, Republic of Serbia ("we"). Contact: support@dailykit.top. Full details are in the Operator Details document.
2. What the service does
2.1. The service has two kinds of users:
- a specialist — anyone who takes appointments (for example a hairdresser, nail or brow artist, massage therapist, tutor or coach) and creates a booking page;
- a client — anyone who books a time with a specialist through that page.
2.2. A specialist creates a booking page in the Mini App: a name, a short description, a link name and a time zone; services with a duration and, optionally, a price; weekly working hours and days off. The specialist then sends clients a link to the page.
2.3. A client opens the link in Telegram, chooses a service, a day within the next 30 days and a free time, and enters a name and, optionally, a phone number and a comment. The booking is confirmed at once. The specialist receives a notification in the bot chat. The bot sends the client a confirmation and reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment.
2.4. Either side can cancel a booking in the Mini App, and a client who booked in a browser on the page of the booking; the other side is notified. The specialist can mark a booking as completed.
2.5. Clients can also book without Telegram: the specialist's booking page opens in any browser at its own address, for example from a link in another messenger or a QR code. There the phone number is required, as the specialist has no other way to reach the client. A booking made there gets a page of its own with a secret link: the client sees and cancels the booking there and can tie it to their Telegram account to get the bot's confirmation and reminders; without that, the bot cannot remind them. The client keeps the link and is responsible for not passing it on. Specialists manage their page and their bookings only inside Telegram.
3. Our role
3.1. We provide a booking tool. We are not a party to the agreement between a specialist and a client about the specialist's services.
3.2. The specialist alone is responsible for the services they offer, their quality, prices, cancellation rules, and for keeping the appointments that clients book.
3.3. We do not take payment for the specialist's services and do not pass money between specialists and clients. A price shown on a booking page is information from the specialist; the client pays the specialist directly, outside the service.
3.4. We do not check specialists, their qualifications or the information they publish.
4. Accepting these terms
By creating a booking page or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be old enough to use Telegram under Telegram's own terms and to enter into a contract under the law of your country.
5. Plans and prices for specialists
5.1. Making a booking is always free for clients.
5.2. Free plan: a specialist can receive up to 15 bookings per calendar month (counted in UTC by the date the booking is made; cancelled bookings are not counted). The specialist is told in the bot chat when 3 bookings are left before the limit and when it is reached. Once the limit is reached, the booking page stops accepting new bookings until the next month or until Pro is activated. Existing bookings are not affected.
5.3. Pro: no monthly limit on bookings, and calendar sync: bookings reach Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or another calendar by a secret link the specialist turns on in the settings. When Pro ends, bookings stop reaching the calendar. With Pro, search engines may show the booking page once at least 3 different clients have booked on it; the specialist can turn this off. Pro is sold in two ways:
- Monthly subscription — 200 Telegram Stars a month. It renews automatically until you turn renewal off.
- One year — 1800 Telegram Stars. A single payment for 365 days. It does not renew.
5.4. Payments are made only in Telegram Stars inside Telegram. We do not receive your card or bank details. Stars are purchased from Telegram or its partners under their terms. Amounts in dollars that the app and our site show next to a price in Stars are approximate and for orientation only: the price is the number of Stars, and what Stars cost depends on where and how you buy them.
5.5. We may change prices for future periods. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for. For a subscription we will tell you in the bot chat at least 14 days before a new price takes effect, so that you can turn renewal off.
5.6. Gifted Pro. Every new booking page has Pro as a gift for its first 2 calendar months from the day it is made. Besides, we may give Pro free of charge for a limited time, for example to the first specialists in a city. We tell you in the bot chat that it was given and until when it lasts. A gift is not a purchase: nothing is charged, it does not renew, and it cannot be exchanged for Stars or money. When it ends, the free plan applies again unless you have bought Pro. A year of Pro bought while a gift runs is added after the gift; a subscription starts at once and runs alongside the gift, so there is usually no reason to subscribe before the gift ends. 3 days before a Pro that does not renew by itself ends, the bot tells you when it ends and how many bookings you have this month.
6. Subscription: renewal and cancellation
6.1. A subscription is charged by Telegram once a month.
6.2. You can turn renewal off at any time: in the Mini App (Settings → Turn off renewal) or in Telegram's own settings. Pro then stays active until the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made.
6.3. When Pro ends, the free plan applies again. Your page, services and bookings stay as they are.
6.4. If you delete your profile, renewal is turned off and any remaining Pro period ends together with the profile; it is not transferred to a new profile. Your rights under section 7 are not affected.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
7.1. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a Pro purchase within 14 days of the payment without giving a reason. The day of the payment is not counted: the period ends with the fourteenth day after it.
7.2. How to withdraw. In the Mini App: Settings → “Withdraw from contract here”. The control is there for as long as a payment can be withdrawn from; an account whose profile has been deleted finds it on the start screen. It opens a statement that shows your name as it is in Telegram, the purchase (plan, date of the payment, number of Stars) and how the confirmation reaches you (a message from the bot). When you tap “Confirm withdrawal”, the statement is recorded with its date and time and Pro bought with that payment ends at once. The bot then sends you an acknowledgement that repeats the statement and names the date and time we received it. The function does not ask whether you are a consumer: it is open to every buyer. You can also withdraw by writing to support@dailykit.top or with the bot command /paysupport, stating the date of the payment.
7.3. Refund. We return the Stars of that payment through Telegram to the Telegram account that paid: at once where Telegram lets us, and in any case no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. If you withdraw from a subscription, its renewal is turned off as well.
7.4. For a subscription, the 14-day period runs from the first payment. Later renewals are not refunded once the renewed period has started, unless the law of your country gives you that right or the charge was made in error.
7.5. If a payment was taken but Pro was not activated, write to us: we will activate Pro or refund the Stars.
7.6. These terms do not limit any rights that the consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
8. Rules for specialists
8.1. The information on your booking page must be accurate and must not mislead clients.
8.2. You must not offer services that are illegal where you or your clients are, or use the service for content that infringes the rights of others.
8.3. Client data. When a client books with you, you see the client's name, phone number, comment and, if the client has one, Telegram username. You may use this data only to provide the booked service and to contact the client about it. You must keep it confidential and must not use it for advertising or pass it to others without the client's consent. Where data protection law applies to you, you are responsible for complying with it for your own use of client data.
8.4. Keep the appointments clients book, or cancel them in the Mini App in good time so that the client is notified.
8.5. Your own entries. You may enter in your calendar a client who booked with you another way (by phone, in person) and close time to bookings. Such entries take the time from your booking page. Telegram lets the bot write only to people who have opened a chat with it, so the bot tells a client you entered — a confirmation, reminders and a notice of cancellation — in two cases: when you choose them from the clients who booked with you through the service before, or once they open the link to the booking that you send them. Until then you tell them yourself. You enter the client's details only with a reason the law allows (for example, the client asked you to book them) and under the rules of 8.3.
9. Rules for clients
9.1. Enter your real name and, if you give a phone number, one at which the specialist can reach you.
9.2. Book only appointments you intend to keep, and cancel in the Mini App, or on the page of a booking made in a browser, if you cannot come.
9.3. Questions about a service, its price or its quality are for the specialist. We can help with problems in the service itself.
10. Rules for everyone
10.1. You must not interfere with the service, bypass its limits, make bookings automatically or in bulk, or use it in a way that breaks Telegram's rules.
10.2. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may suspend your access or remove a booking page. If a paid period is still running and the suspension is not caused by illegal content, we refund the unused part.
11. Availability
11.1. The service depends on Telegram. We do not control Telegram's availability, limits or rules, and the service may stop working fully or partly if Telegram changes them.
11.2. Notifications and reminders are sent through the Telegram bot. The bot can write only to people who have started it, and delivery can fail if a user has blocked the bot or because of Telegram. Do not rely on reminders as the only way to keep track of appointments.
11.3. The service checks that a time is free before confirming a booking. If, despite this, two bookings overlap because of a fault, the specialist and the clients agree on a new time between themselves.
11.4. We may change, suspend or end the service. If we end it, we will tell specialists in the bot chat at least 30 days in advance where reasonably possible, refund the unused part of paid periods, and delete user data.
12. Liability
12.1. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and your statutory consumer rights.
12.2. Subject to 12.1:
- we are not liable for the services of specialists, for missed or cancelled appointments, or for disputes between specialists and clients;
- we are not liable for losses caused by Telegram, by you, or by events outside our reasonable control;
- our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
13. Ending use of the service
13.1. A specialist can delete the profile at any time: Mini App → Settings → Delete profile. The profile, services, schedule and all bookings are deleted and cannot be restored. The bot tells clients with upcoming bookings that their appointment is cancelled, where it can reach them (see 11.2); if you still intend to see those clients, agree on it with them yourself before deleting the profile.
13.2. A client can stop using the service at any time. To have booking data deleted, see the Privacy Policy.
14. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always available from the bot (/terms) and the Mini App. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell specialists in the bot chat before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service; for a paid period still running, we refund the unused part on request.
16. Governing law and disputes
16.1. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
16.2. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
16.3. Please write to us first: most problems can be solved without a dispute.
